CONSULTATION |
PROJECT REVIEW
Our design projects begin with a two-hour in-person consultation. Ideally, this takes place in your home to give us an idea of the project requirements along with the items that define you and your style. The consultation sets the foundation for the relationship – it helps our designers map out the scope of work, understand the space, provide some feedback, and answer any questions you might have. We would like to leave you with some ideas and identify the next steps in the project.

PROJECT BEGINS
Once the foundation is established and we have a signed contract, we gather the information to begin the design process. This involves having our team visit the site to fully document and measure your home and establish a relationship with the architect and/or contractor that are assigned to your project. Often, this step includes site meetings with our team of insured trades to identify the work required to achieve your vision and goals.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The design development stage is where we translate your ideas and our suggestions into an interior drawing package. Depending on the project this could include plan layouts for furniture, electrical, plumbing selection, millwork elevations, and inspiration images of all key areas. We collaborate closely with you to select all the architectural finishes – furniture, fabrics, plumbing & lighting fixtures, and hardware that both capture your aesthetics and elevate the space.

DRAWINGS | SELECTIONS
With your feedback, we fine-tune the interior drawing package and ready the documents & specifications necessary to begin construction.

PROCUREMENT
Based on your budget, we begin to source and purchase approved products and goods to create your space.

PROJECT SITE CHECKS | CLIENT UPDATES
We regularly schedule site meetings with you to track progress and also meet our tradespeople and suppliers to ensure the project is running smoothly, on time and on budget. We like to keep you involved throughout the project by keeping an open line of communication. Project status updates are shared throughout the construction, addressing deficiencies and course correcting as necessary.

FURNITURE INSTALLATION
Once the structural and larger-scale elements of the project are complete, we turn our eyes to the details that tie the space together. We supervise and install furniture, lighting, rugs, art, and accessories, ensuring all the pieces are delivered in top quality and address any issues that may arise.

FINAL TOUCHES (OPTIONAL)
Sometimes the details can be overwhelming. Our team can select artwork, area rugs, and accessories to put the final touches on your home, creating a thoughtfully-designed, aesthetically unique space for effortless living.
